Is a Family Medicine Specialist with a vast experience of working for tribal health and rural health care. He holds a Post graduate degree in Family Medicine from Bangalore Baptist Hospital following which he has worked in Low Cost Effective Care Unit as well as the Rural unit of Christian Medical College, Vellore. He also holds a rich experience of working with the tribal communities in the Nilgiris at Gudalur Adivasi Hospital. He is passionate about addressing the challenges and changing the rural healthcare scenario.

Is a family medicine graduate from Bangalore Baptist Hospital. She bears an experience of working as a Family Physician and a Telemedicine Consultant. Passionate about Palliative care and Geriatric care she currently leads the Community outreach services of SITHARA.

Hails from the Uppuparai Village of Perumalmalai region. She completed her Diploma in Nursing Assistant in the year 2011 and has served both in government as well as the Corporate sector. She has served more than 7 years as an ASHA worker with the Govt of Tamilnadu prior to joining Sirumalai. She knows her community well and leads the Elderly and Palliative Care Program of SITHARA.
Hails from the village of B.L Shed . She completed her training in Auxiliary nursing and Midwifery in 2007. She has served in the government as an ASHA worker for 8 years following which she has worked as a nursing staff at a private clinic for 2 years. At SITHARA, she serves as the chief outreach nurse
From the village of KC Patty, he works as the driver for the outreach activities of SITHARA . He
also works as a project staff for the Livelihood project where he helps with processing the
produce.
Is a devoted staff from the village of Kavachikombu. After his secondary school education,
he took up skill training in carpentary. He is a the prime person handling the coffee project of
SITHARA. Apart from being a very quick and eager learner, he also holds a great knowledge
about the native forest trees and the tribal communities that we work with.
Hails from village of Kuppamalpatti and devotes her time helping process the produce that
comes from the Livelihood project . A person with a high sense of responsibility and
knowledge, She is also learning to batch hull, roast, and cupping of green beans in coffee
project.
Is an alumnus of the prestigious Christian medical College . He is a professor of Community medicine with expertise in Leprosy and Tuberculosis, Community Based Rehabilitation, Primary care , Health planning and policy . He was instrumental in setting up the Community Health Division of Bangalore Baptist Hospital and led it to its pinnacle as its Division Head for more than a decade. He retired as the Deputy Director of the Bangalore Baptist Hospital. He is a Board member of the Leprosy Mission Trust of India and Mobility India. He currently lives in Mavadeepannu, near Thirunelveli.
