Is a Family Medicine Specialist with a vast experience of working for tribal health and rural health care. He holds a Post graduate degree in Family Medicine from Bangalore Baptist Hospital following which he has worked in Low Cost Effective Care Unit as well as the Rural unit of Christian Medical College, Vellore. He also holds a rich experience of working with the tribal communities in the Nilgiris at Gudalur Adivasi Hospital. He is passionate about addressing the challenges and changing the rural healthcare scenario.

Is a physiotherapist with keen interest in sports physiotherapy and rehabilitative neurological physiotherapy. He has completed his bachelors in physiotherapy. He has 8 years of experience from working in physiotherapy needs in various forms including home visits , ortho rehab and OPD physiotherapy within Kodaikanal. He currently leads the Community based Physiotherapy program of SITHARA.
Apart from being a physiotherapist, he is an excellent cricketer.
Completed her Auxillary Nursing and Midwifery course from Holy Redeemer College in 2006 following which she has worked in Healthcare sector for more than 8 years. A fine nurse with an excellent work record, she leads the Nursing services at Sirumalai.

Hails from the Uppuparai Village of Perumalmalai region. She completed her Diploma in Nursing Assistant in the year 2011 and has served both in government as well as the Corporate sector. She has served more than 7 years as an ASHA worker with the Govt of Tamilnadu prior to joining Sirumalai. She knows her community well and leads the Elderly and Palliative Care Program of SITHARA.

Is the Chief Pharmacist at SITHARA and supervises the Operational Logistics regarding the Pharmacy as well as the Outreach activities. He holds a D. Pharm degree from MGR University. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field.

Mr. Pandian is a DMLT from Theni medical College. He has worked at Theni medical college for 2 yrs following which he worked at Bioline Labs for a year. Mr Pandian joined as a full time lab technician at STC in July . During his leisure hours he enjoys singing as much as his lab work.
Hails from BL SHED area. She had been an ASHA worker in the past . Her interest lies in surgical nursing so she takes care of the work in theTreatment Room apart from looking after the Community outreach of SITHARA.
