Vision
Our Value

The sustenance of this organization is dependent on these core pillars.

Compassionate Care

Compassion is central to care delivery at SITHARA's centers, ensuring that every individual receives responsive and dignified care without any discrimination of caste, creed, gender, religion or economic strata.

Whole Person Care

The centres prioritize whole person care. A person-centered care is offered according to the individual needs and keeping the socio-cultural backgrounds in mind.

Continuity of care

Health care delivery to a person does not cease to a facility based care but extends beyond it .SITHARA's clinics provide community-oriented primary care by defining the specific geographical populations that they cater to. The care extends beyond the clinics through the outreach services and home care services as well. The mortality and morbidity pattern of these adopted regions are studied at regular intervals, need assessments are done and services are often tailored according to their needs.

Use of Community Wide Network

The involvement of team members from the adopted region fosters familiarity and patient-friendly environments. SITHARA also collaborates and fosters support with the other NGOs working with similar mottos and ethos in the region.

Lifelong Learning

SITHARA emphasizes lifelong learning. It encourages every team member to enhance as well as refresh their skill time and again. Often many team members come from background where resources and opportunities have been limited. SITHARA encourages them to pursue further education and add to their skill sets.

Levaraging Technology for healthcare delivery

With the increase in the digital penetration in the country. SITHARA believes on banking on this wave and leveraging technology for healthcare delivery in the remote areas through teleconsultation and digital health initiatives. The integration of technology, including electronic medical records and point-of-care testing through electronic pocket ECG, portable camp based spirometry helps in enhancing healthcare delivery.

Our story

Why we do this.

When we recall the past year, the challenges ahead of us have been many from quackery to lack of proper public transport system in difficult areas, theft, computer illiteracy, burnouts etc. Still, we are constantly attempting to rise upto them and tackle them diligently. One of our cornerstones has been the spirit of service which the entire team imbibes and practices every day. May Almighty be benevolent on the team to continue in this spirit of service.
