Reflecting on past years, we’ve encountered numerous challenges, ranging from quackery to inadequate public transport in remote areas, theft, computer illiteracy, and burnout. Despite these obstacles, we persistently strive to confront them head-on with dedication and diligence.
When we recall the past years, the challenges ahead of us have been many from quackery to lack of proper public transport system in difficult areas, theft, computer illiteracy, burnouts etc. Still, we are constantly attempting to
rise upto them and tackle them diligently.
The initiatives of SITHARA are currently focused on providing high-quality responsive and dignified primary care to the rural mountain communities as well in creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for the tribal communities
